Mundane Fest, Running Late, & Storytelling

Looks like I’m popping up in some unexpected places this summer. Even after all the podcast episodes that I have done over the years, I’ve only recently appeared on an episode as myself. If you want to listen to me talking about growing up and making my way to New York you can do so on comedian Chris Lamberth’s program, The Mundane Festival. He interviews a lot of great comedians in New York and it was an honor to be among them. (Hint: the bit with me starts about thirty minutes in. You can also hear how windy our apartment is.) Here’s the link.

But since I can’t ever stay away from Dale for too long, on Weds. May 28th I’ll be returning to my teal suit and glasses for a guest spot on the Running Late with Scott Rogowsky show. It’s at Littlefield in Brooklyn and the rest of the lineup is amazing. Steve Buscemi? Brooks Wheelan? Adam Resnick! Katie Nolan? Peter Rosenberg? This show has it all. And Dale. The greenroom is going to be hopping. Tickets, if any are left, are available via this link.

And then on June 5th, I’ll be getting back to plain ole James and telling a short story about my youth as part of Split Personality, a story telling series hosted by JiJi Lee. That show is 7pm at Over the Eight Bar, in Williamsburg. Links for that event are here.
